No Create-A-Stadium for EXISTING Teams?

Sorry if this is not worth a new thread to the mods, who can feel free to move it, but...

Create-a-Stadium needs to return. Teams like the 49ers (I know, biased) and the Vikings who are next in line to get a stadium suffer in Madden - there is less incentive to really push the years in Franchise when you're still playing in Candlestick or the Metrodome in Year 20. Having to move your teams location is a bit ridiculous, but even that would be fine if you could keep their current uniforms.

Since the functionality is already in for NEW teams, I cannot imagine it would take much at all for moving over Create-a-Stadium for existing franchises, keeping the endzone artwork the same (or new, whatever).

Anyone else feel this way? Seems a bit lazy on EA's part, and does not make a lot of sense.

theyve done enough this year for franchise mode, it would be a great feature sure, but its very unfair to say its lazy on their part. Theyve clearly worked very hard to transfer and redo parts of head coach into, and thats not even the big feature yet.

Well given the fact hat it USE to be in the game, its not a too terribly off statement....but I think the No Fun League made EA take it out, but I could be wrong on that.

Not a deal breaker, but this is one feature I truly miss from the past generation. Building stadiums in madden 05 and create a ballpark in mvp 05.....can't discount the amount of work the devs have put into this years chise. Maybe in madden 13 I can move the raiders or the rams back to L.A. keeping the unis

This is something I would like to see, but with a major upgrade somewhere down the line. Building or not a new stadium should have major consequences for a team. It should effect the bottom line, the teams income and such, and whether a team may actually move or not, just like real life.

The NFL made them take it out? That's interesting if true.

Just to be clear, I don't care about any of the financing issues with the thing, just give us the option to build a stadium - it will help with immersion when you're getting deep in your Franchise.

Do you guys have anything to back this up? I know the NFL has put some roadblocks up for EA, but most of them make sense that Ive heard of (as far as projecting the NFL in a negative light).

I dont see any reason at all the NFL would make them take something like that out.

As for being laziness on EAs part...maybe long term, but this year its clear they put a huge effort into the game. It would be nice to have but Im not going to dwell on the past like some constantly do on here.
