Actually I have no problems throwing the curl or comeback routes in Ncaa and madden. In fact sometimes I feel like it's cheesing. With that said you can see that they are trying to cut down the over the middle seam, post and mesh routes with the zone defense. The force over the middle pass in these videos ended in alot of ints.
