I actually prefer this over nothing or over that horrible half time show from before. Don't get me wrong though, if they can actually do a good halftime show ALONG with this, Oh..YES! In the meantime though, this is cool. Something to build off of.

There was just a video released for NCAA 12 showing off something called Gametracks. It basically is a few specific lines about player performances and stat overlays, right after halftime. Considering that this info was released well after the main presentation announcements, maybe we can hope for something like this to be announced soon for Madden.

I feel like this is actually a pretty good start and I think the version shown in this video is very early(speculation of course). It looks like it's a base and they still have to fill in the blanks. For instance when the logo banner pops up the gap between the team names and logos looks like the score could fit in that area. What would be nice (and hopefully possible for '12') is if they were to go through all of the scoring and big plays in order with the score ticker updating throughout. Even if they don't add commentary for it this year it would be a decent halftime segment that they can build on going forward. I can deal with it....for now
