trading in online franchise?!?

me and my friend are in an online franchise, just us two
i have trading with cpu on
my friend offered the cpu a trade and i thought i had to accept it as the commissioner but nothing showed up in pending trades for me to approve, the only thing that shows up is my trades not his
so what can be the problem and how can i fix it please help

If I remember correctly as soon as you advance to the next week, the trade automatically get approved.
