I'll wait for the demo to make any judgment.

Bad news on that too, the demo build was most likely earlier this month due to the fact that it takes a couple months for Microsoft and sony to approve them. That's how it is with title updates as well.

Assuming the sliders still work I think this will be easily remedied.

With every Madden 11 patch, you had to adjust the sliders, because the sliders are there to accommodate for the problems pre patch.

The slider sets will be completely different this time around, as the game is different.

I repeat, RB ability is way too high. The backs do not lose speed when cutting and such.
Came to post this, as much of success I have had with running, it just didnt feel 'authentic' to me in a sense that I felt I was running the 'my RB'.

When a players makes cuts, they plant there feet and lose momentum and have to build it up again, but this also happens on defense too as they do not lose traction or speed when they're in pursuit or run into a blocker.

This needs to be fixed on both sides of the ball!

Yes, the QB dropback speed is outrageously fast and they need to find that right middle ground for each QB to drop back in there realistic fashion. That weill also help differentiate QBs from one another instead of every QB can be Peyton or Drew Brees.

My biggest problem with M11 is the running game and how speed is so dominant. With the suction gone and no change to physics, it is likely to be worse on M12. I hope I am wrong, but it will be the difference in whether I buy the game or not.
