i have madden 11 is there anyway to get the new 2011-2012 schedule?

Buy Madden 12. That's the only way. Other then that, it's just a bunch of random schedules after the 1st year of Madden 11.

they dont even update it if play the online franchise?

Once the Super Bowl is over, they make one last roster update and that's it. After that, you have to buy the new games.
