I export it off the default roster then import it into my roster I am working on and what do ya know, I forgot you can't totally edit created players anymore! So I thought I outsmarted them and was all happy, NOPE they figured out that way around their BS restrictions!
#3. Can't use Classic teams in ANY kind of franchise or Owner mode. So what the hell is the point of being able to rename them now? For exhibition use? No one wants that! People like last year playing "classic franchises"!
#4. Now this year we have to have 3 RB's, 3 TE's, 4 OT's, 4 G's, 3 DT's, 4 OLB's, 2 FS, and 2 SS. Last year we only were required 2 RB's, 2 TE's, 3 OT's, 3 G's, 2 DT's, 3 OLB's, 1 FS, and 1 SS! That is EIGHT spots we are REQUIRED to fill that we didn't have to last year! More restrictions!
#5. The thing I did last year, when I needed to make room on a team that would result in dodging the roster requirement was the 'ol create a player put him on the team at the position I needed to cut to "sneak around" requirements and then release the real player I needed to get rid of, then go back in and click on the Team button and the click Free Agents, then after I hit done the created player would be back out in the FA pool and the real guy would be gone as well.
I mean damn dude, did they download my work last season and make sure they had everything I did to get around restrictions last year covered this season? Are they trying to discourage us from editing rosters? Why even allow customization if we can hardly do anything? Man if ESPN football is any good EA has just lost one of it's biggest supporters, but I think that is what they want.
