Will the new commentary system we are supposed to get next year be using this tech, or something similar? This is the first thing I thought of when I read commentary was getting an overhaul for '13.

I'm not sure about NCAA because they both are getting new engines, but I think Madden is using the same commentary engine that FIFA is.

The video won't play anymore. All I know is that they have the same audio technology that FIFA has.

Lame, I posted this from my phone. I just searched all over for the (or a) video and it seems to be gone... I remember the video though, and they showed how they would drop names seamlessly into lines of dialogue. It pretty much eliminated the "number 92 with the tackle" and "he's having a great game" so names were used instead. Pretty neat tech if I remember correctly.

How is Fifa's commentary anyway? I've never played it.

I can only go when I pass by my son when he play's it.

They have it in several different languages and it sounds pretty authentic when I pass by.

The commentary / technology I think is one of the better one in sports, but the announcers themselves are ok.
