Has anyone heard anything on the CPUs playcalling logic this year? I remember last year spending forever going threw every teams playbook taking out the useless plays. Hopefully it's better this year. I couldn't stand the computer calling verticles every 3rd and 8 or more..

Well, they've upgraded how CPUs use their personnel. So if the Colts have Manning retire, and some "game manager" QB takes over, they won't continue to call plays as if Manning were there. The CPU will evaluate the roster and change their scheme as needed.

As for individual plays, we'll see.

In the end the computer will continue to call the same plays over and over making them predictable and easy.

Create gameplans for your CPU opponents. Makes the game WAY more enjoyable.
