How Do You Approach the Draft in Franchise Mode?

I play with the Seahawks and I always try to build the O-line up my first year in the draft. I trade some players for picks and move around my picks. I usually trade my first for a second and third. doing that in a good O-line draft i got 3 starters to fill in around Okung and Unger. Other than that the next year is usually time for a QB. Not really liking the options on the team right now.

For the Packers this year, I am probably going to get a CB early in the draft to replace Woodson since he will probably retire soon. Get some O-line help and probably a running back since I never like running with Ryan Grant. I would like to get a two back set featuring a speedster and then change it up with a bruising back.

Maybe in the last year of his contract down the line, I will trade Rodgers and either start developing Flynn or draft another quarterback. Depends on how many super bowls Rodgers get me or if he gets injured.
