Did it say why you won these cards? Is it for winning by a certain amount, getting certain stats?

Somebody from EA posted on twitter yesterday that there is something special to look out for if you call a hot route and complete it during the game. I did that but wasn't able to finish the game so I'm not sure if that is the reason that some people are getting rewards.

Yeah im pretty sure I got the cards for calling a hot route and completing it and I got.the chevy code for calling an audible and scoring on the play

I completed a hot route and only got the Chevy thing. Then I scored a TD from calling audible and got the same code. Any other ideas how to earn the MUT cards?

Did you get your code at the end of the game or right after a play?

If you watch the videos in the demo, I think it tells you how to get all of them. For example, one them is acheived by doing a formation audible and scoring.
