I set the game at cpu vs. cpu at the start and then took control
of the team that was winning with 1 minute left in regulation which
was the Packers (they were ahead 20 to 10) and I just played out
that last minute. The game ended at 20 to 10 and it said I unlocked
three player player cards for use when the game comes out but did
not say what players they are.

I started as the Bears, switched to the Packers early in the first and also got the cards at the end of the game. I think everyone gets them. I created a new profile and let my dog jump around on the controller till the game ended and he got them too.

Just finished a game today and got the cards.

I started as the bears and switched back and forth between teams to play offense only. I was winning 13-0 with the bears, packers had the ball with like 10 seconds left. I switched back to the bears to play out the last few seconds, won the game, and then got the message saying "you've won three mut cards".
