Once again another one talking without knowing anything. This is not a Madden season pass. It is an EA season pass so you are not paying $25 for Madden early only, its for all sports games early. I mean really

As it stands right now, it's actually not a bad deal. For $25 you get 3 day access to the "Big 5" EA Sports games, so essentially you get to rent all 5 of them for $25 to see what you think of them. And you get 20% off of any DLC for those games, so if you're someone who is a big DLC buyer, you can make that $ back. Hell buying courses for Tiger Woods alone would justify it for some people.

But as the price of it goes up (and it surely will,) it becomes less appealing. If it's successful they'll gradually raise the price, and along with that probably add extra days to how long the game is unloced for you. So at some point it will probably be $40 for a year, and you get each game for a week, or something like that. And maybe they'll up to 25% DLC discount. But then at that point it becomes diminishing returns, and it's no longer worth it. But right now, not a bad deal.

I'm very worried, could someone help me out here. It says on the EA Aussie website, it's now available on ps3 and xbox in north America and xbox in Australia and new Zealand. I'm an Aussie ps3 user so I'm worried, does it mean that it will be on the store next update or never? Thanks.

FOR ME this would be a very stupid buy because out of those 5 games the only one I buy is Madden, so that'd be $25 for just 1 game..

I believe a previous poster had already mentioned something similar to that..

Anyway, I can honestly see why all u guys are taking advantage of this, but it's not for me.

Not saying you are wrong that it might go up but I can assure you that if they raise the price, they will add more then just a week of the game and 25% on DLC. They will be adding more to hook the consumer further.

It is not a stupid buy, it is just not something you are willing to do because you only play one game.

But others and mostly those that do get it play other games besides Madden.

I know that Fifa is a great game and I would love to get DLC discounts on that and the game a bit early to try and and as well as NCAA.

If you do not care for any other game then you can just hold off and get it on release or hunt for the game early.

The issue I have is with those that call this a rip off or stupid. When EA is not forcing anything but providing exclusivity to those who want it.

But I thought the DAY this thing was announced, the VAST majority of the people posting in the threads for it were bashing it..
