Question from a 2K5 player

Even though NFL 2K5 is over 7 years old, IMO it still beats Madden.

So, my question is: Can somebody convince me that Madden 2012 is better than 2K5? Leave out updated rosters and better graphics.

I'm not up to anything I'm just looking for a reason to give Madden 12 a try. I don't want to waste money on it.
