What effect do Coaches have on the team? is it like the last few years where you would get a +1 AWR?

i Have a few questions, if I may.

1) Is there going to be roster requirements? I.E. - do I have to have a fullback if I dont want to? 10 offensive lineman? Stuff like that. I was hoping that with the addition of expanded rosters I would have more freedom to make the roster mine.

2) Will there be sliders for coaches again? They were jacked up last year, thats mainly why the sim stats were all messed up with 3-4 DEs getting 15 plus sacks. Thats because the coach slider would be set to 4-3 and it drove me nuts.

3) Do teams honestly seem to make good roster judgement? I noticed in that free agency bidding video on here that the Redskins re-signed McNabb, which doesnt seem like they would do that, and the Dolphins had cut Chad Henne who I think would have enough value to consider not just cutting.

4) If a team hires a new coach that changes the base defense, will they star to draft and sign players based on that defense? I know Josh Looman has said team will draft like their real life counter parts, I just hope that doesnt lock teams into staying with the base defenses the game ships with.

5) Do playbooks go with the coaches?

I have many, many more questions but it seems they've been asked already. So thanks in advance for taking the time to help us franchise junkies begging to know whats what this year.

Are we able to see who the coordinators are for user/CPU controlled team during the regular season?

Are these players still injured? Or are the injuries removed when you click advance to off-season?

Is Madden Franchise mode set up on a Month to Month schedule?

Players that carry injuries into the offseason. Will we be notified who's going under the knief? Who just needs rehab? Can a player need more surgery and push his progress back for being ready for the season?

Degrees of ankle & knee sprains?
Something broken automatically out 8-12 weeks?
Concussions - any more info on this
Anything torn - Auto 9-12 months?

That's why I ask about injuries carrying over.....
