Are field goals totally messed up?

I'd have to go back and check some of the E3 gameplays but I think the reason why that angle isn't used is just because of the demo. I'd would think that that angle will be used in the retail seeing as they obviously have it in game. I think it may just be a bug as to why it never pops up in the demo.

I wish there was an option to let the A.I. handle it. I play as the OC in my NCAA Dynasty, and I have a Freshman kicker. I've played 2 top ten teams this season (I'm using a teambuilder team, so I'm not even ranked) and each game came down to a last second FG. As OC, I can't control the kicking...and I ended up winning one and losing the other. The one I lost was only 32 yards out. It made for awesome endings, as I didn't already know before the snap if I would win or not. Added drama into the game.

Having this as an option would add strategy to your offense and how far you're willing to push it before that final time out and fg attempt. And besides: the a.i. controls (mostly) where the ball is placed (accuracy-wise) when throwing, and we don't have a meter for how far we can throw the ball downfield, it's based on THP ratings...imo, kicking should be the same. With the option to kick classic-style, of course, for those who want it or for online

Have you played the demo? Even with Mason Crosby, long field goals are intimidating to me.

I suck at kicking no matter what system they use even with practice but i refer the stick system from Madden 10 and NCAA
