The Franchise Moves/Advice Thread

Gonna use the Rams and trade for Legarrette Blount to backup Jackson. I wanna start using a 2back offense while continuing to kill it with Bradford. Gonna go for a DB in the draft and want to take Nickell Robey from USC. He won the Jim Thorpe two years in a row and had 8 INTs two years in a row. He is small, but I hope he translates well to the NFL.

EDIT: I am also gonna make Pettis a beast at receiver and possibly trade for Titus Young. Reunite the Boise WR's.

As the Lions, in the first year I plan on trying to acquire a Guard/Center and a depth linebacker or two. Cap space will be tight so I may release or trade some players I don't believe I need as well.

If I can snag some mid-70's LB's or a Guard that has 80+ run blocking from trading these players I'll be happy. I would settle for a better center to replace Raiola if no Guards were made available.

Titans-

Pre Franchise-
- So as not to acquire cap penalties, I will cut Chris Hope, Vinny Fuller, and Eugene Amano.
-Resign Hope and Fuller because Fuller has already taken a pay cut IRL and Hope probably will as well, yet I doubt it will be reflected in the game.
-Make a Custom Playbook with a lot of screens/draws/sweeps for CJ and a lot of Pro Style short-intermediate passing routes.
-Boost up Kevin Matthews to mid 70s and resign Amano to a backup sized contract. Reason being? Have Matthews follow in his father's footsteps and have a HOF career for the same franchise his father did.
-Move Jason Jones from DT to DE and move Fernando Velasco from C to LG.
-Create any rookies or other players that will be on the roster IRL but aren't in the game.

Pre Season-
-Trade Nate Washington, Justin Gage, and Jovan Haye for picks.
-Trade either Dave Ball or Jacob Ford for picks, whoever gets most.
-Possibly trade either Will Witherspoon or Barrett Ruud for picks depending on if their contracts are hurting me.
-Position battles for- No 2 DT, No 4/5 WR, No 3 RB, No 2 KR/PR, No 4 CB.

If my guys develop, I'll be set for multiple years since I'd have a young team. If they don't, I'll have to make changes. Tyson Jackson has one year to prove himself or else he's gone.

Vikings:

I may trade for Jake Locker, or I will go through the season with McNabb and trade up in the draft for Andrew Luck.

On defense I am going to sure up the secondary as much as possible and add some depth to the LB core, I may try to add Casey Matthews and try to groom him to be a starter.

Try to get Blount or B. Jacobs to replace Jones. JC with either of those two would be dangerous.
