Bills franchise suggestions

So yeah I'm a bills fan lol I know were probably the worst team in the NFL with the exception of the raiders(possibly) And I would like some tips on how to rebuild them. I'm thinking about releasing poz whitener and Evans back to the bills to give them a head start. That way I'll have a decent defense to start out with. Main concern is qb and offensive line. Idk which qb to go for or try to draft one. Mayne sign some free agent linemen until I can draft some studs. What's everybody think?
