Thats not a slant its a square in. And what sliders are you using/difficulty setting are you on? Also you are playing lose man 2 over, means no middle coverage. If you don't press they will will be open over the middle constantly in that coverage. The intention of that coverage s to protect the deep ball and allow short completions.

Whats the bug? Computer seems to reject all trade proposals from human player for draft picks once draft has started.

What game mode did you experience the bug/glitch in? (Gameplay, Franchise, Online, Front End, etc.....)
Offline franchise

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Offer trade to cpu team to move up. Tried with multiple teams picking 1-5 spot ahead of me (I had 16th pick). For each targetted pick I attempted to put in multiple best possible offers, such as Justin Tuck, Lawrence Timmons (rated 94 ovr when switched to ROLB), pick #16 to move up to pick #15.

How often can the bug be reproduced?
Appears so, as I tried many trade combinations

Formation substitutions do not always take.

What game mode did you experience the bug/glitch in?
Gameplay (Exhibition)

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it?
I place Pierre Thomas (3rd in depth chart) as a sub for certain packages, but it seems if a passing play is called, Mark Ingram (starter) is in the play. Has happened with other backs. Happens regardless of down (not a third-down only issue).

How often can the bug be reproduced?
Everytime

Whats the bug? No option to become free agent in Superstar Mode. CPU automatically re-signs you. Simulates through off season with no option to re-sign or become a free agent.

What game mode did you experience the bug/glitch in? (Gameplay, Franchise, Online, Front End, etc.....) Superstar Mode

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it? Once you start the off season the game will simulate through to the next season. Player will automatically re-sign.

How often can the bug be reproduced? Every time you proceed to the end of season.

Whats the bug? Besides player stats and league standings there is no way of knowing what is happening in the NFL in Superstar Mode. No way of knowing who won the Super Bowl, MVP or other end of season awards, or seeing other team schedules.

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it? There is no option to see any news happening in the NFL while playing SS mode.

How often can the bug be reproduced? Any time you play Superstar mode.

Whats the bug? Commentary for sideline catches or toe drag catches. With commentary being turned down to 0 there will still be commentary when the referee shows if the pass was complete or incomplete.

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Did an endzone toe drag catch.

How often can the bug be reproduced? Any time the cut scene for referees confirming a completion or incompletion happens.
