No...if so then cpu qb acc % would be much higher in simmed games with my 70 setting for cpu qb accuracy. And injuries turned down to 10 doesn't effect simmed games either.

Learned the hard way to turn sim injuries off. My entire Oline was hurt in one game I simmed.
