Sacks and TFL

Great to see that you don't get a TFL for a sack in simmed games. Is there any way we could get it in our played games? Small things like this and tackles being recorded right are great

Thats nice I wish we had QB knockdowns and Hurries as a stat though like we once had

I don't understand...they add the tfl in ncaa correctly...u play madden a bunch of your players are in the top 10 league leaders. Ea sacks are also counted as a tackle for loss!!

There is no "official" TFL stat in the NFL.

NCAA treats a sack as a TFL and they are both official stats.

I don't think there is a universal way that it should be done for the NFL.

Your missing the point...tfl works for human player but when you sim the Cpu games they are not calculated with sacks. You will have a dt with 9 sacks and 5 tfl...its not calculating correctly.

Ok so yes it's an issue that it's counted differently.

That's fine that its not an official state but that doesn't mean it shouldn't calculate correctly in the game.
