A friend of mine (from Rochester, NY) just got shipment confirmation via UPS Next Day Air.

Amazon is really screwing this one up.

Hasn't been marked as shipped on Amazon's website. I've gotten preorders on release day, and it's not been marked as shipped until I've been playing the game all night. I'm not trying to marginalize your frustration, just saying that it's possible it's been shipped.
