Help us get the right scouting for the CPU Teams

Am going to be controlling all the teams in franchise mode and I am going to be responsible to scout for all teams to make it more Realistic I want to hear inputs from fans of there teams and tells us which 4 position should we scout and why. My first team New York giants we lost 2 offensive line man this year so this is #1, secondly is linebackers we are under size and can't play the pass that great , third corner backs we get very injury prone player and by far the worst ball hawk around, fourth Tight end we got no proven player and absolutely no back than can play in case of an injury.
