Franchise mode menu is SO. BAD.

I don't get it - its so different from any other menu in the game and so annoyingly and mind-numbingly bad. It's almost like they purposely made it bad so they can gloat about how great it's going to be next year.

Franchise actually does look kinda fun this year (havent got too deep into it yet) but this menu almost makes me NOT want to play it.

I feel like it is something that you can get past. I mean, seriously. If you want to enjoy the game, enjoy it.

Hopefully you spend more of your time in Madden actually playing the game rather than going through the menu...

I'm not saying it's a game breaker or anything, but its just..BAD. Not bad enough to make me sell the game, but bad enough to make me sit back and go "WTF were they thinking?"

i kinda get the feeling they are trying to setup a 1 screen format to lay the ground work for online dynasty. like the format they do for ncaa football online dynasty. im thinking next year it will have a side to side blade format. time will tell.

I wouldn't mind it so much if it was reversed. All the activities should be on the main page and the game select screen should be after you select to play or do what they did last year and have every thing on one page. To me it makes little sense to have to hit Y to get to the screen where all the action is. Also, if I exit out of stats it should just bring me back to my franchise hub, not back to the game page again...

As someone mentioned on the OS radio show, they should hire someone whi has interface experience

I REALLY hate how you can't even change your superstar's jersey number. I picked 13, not 10. And there's no way to change this. If the number you selected isn't available they should at least let you change it something else.

It will take a day of getting used to but other than that I dont mind it.
