Is it possible to do the real life trades and FA signings on the rosters manually, therby getting the rosters closer to what they actually are in the real NFL? Or do I need to get a gold account that I'll never use except for downloading the real roster once?

on the roster sub forum there are a few threads explaining how to grab a roster file from megaupload and transfer it to usb so you can get the current rosters.
