In Offline Franchise, if you control every team, will it allow you to play every game this year?

I am really hoping they have this feature this year because I'm pretty sure Madden 10 had this feature , but they took it out for Madden 11; so I was just wondering.

It allowed you to do it in Madden 11 also.
