Package & Special Teams Subs?

Is there anyway to set up different personnel for different packages?

Also, how can I sub players on my Kick Off team?

"You can't do it at the Franchise screen but there is a workaround.

Any subs you make in-game will stay like that for the rest of the season. So start a game and make all the subs you want, forget about the play clock because after you make all the subs, quit the game and save the franchise. All of the subs will be saved."

I am not able to find the Special Teams packages unfortunately.

No special teams packages. It sucks but EA has refused to fix it for years.
