I've seen a few people talk about this, but I just need some clarification/help before I try and start a franchise and get screwed over half way in.


When/How can I adjust what teams I am in control over?

Can I edit my draft classes, or no?


And any advice for taking complete control? Should I let teams go on their own in Free Agency? I heard the draft logic is awful, so I'll probably control that, but in addition to FA, how about things like cuts, etc.

Also, any thoughts on turning off the cap? I know I can keep myself realistic and in control with my one team, but will the other teams go crazy with no cap?

In the draft you can simulate each pick or choose the player by yourself for the teams. Also, any thoughts on turning off the cap?
