QB Evading and the Left Trigger...

1. Who uses QB evading?? Does it depend on certain rating of a QB (elusiveness)? Also I may be late to the party but did anyone know you can redirect a receiver's route during a play by holding left trigger and moving the right stick to the desired location??...

Re: QB Evading and the Left Trigger...

what do you mean by qb evading? i'll hold RT and scoot up into the pocket, and sometimes keep running if the rush is too much or guys aren't open.

as far as i can tell, LT does a pump fake to a specific receiver, but i've never used left stick in conjunction with it.

What he means is that the right analog stick is now used to move your QB in the pocket for quick steps to avoid the rush. I haven't used it yet.

qb evade is not effective for me, rarely avoid sacks.

Uh, yeah, you're pretty darn late to the party. That's "playmaker" controls from last gen. I haven't seen (or used) that in years.

Yea that right stick move is USELESS. They need to make that the pump fake like in NCAA. Being able to aim it at the reciever you are looking at is a nice feature in my mind, and it is much easier than the RB (for me).
