Why does they never improve instead of replace?

First, I like the intro for the games in Madden 12.

Still I really miss the warm up and discussion about key player before the games like they did in madden 11. Why couldn't they have kept that and just added the running onto the field after they discused the key players or something like that. That way the intro would have been really nice.

Now I really don't think the intros are much better, just diffent.
