How do you stop nano blitzing?

It's ridiculous. I can't even run a play action without getting sacked. Heck, even from the shotgun I only get like 3-5 sec tops before I get pressured into throwing or sacked. Any help will be appreciated. And oh, how about extra point FG kicking? I swear I get blocked like everytime I get a touchdown wtf.

Geez, if a QB in the NFL got 5 seconds to pass three times a game, they'd be amazed. Take your drop, plant, fire.

Yeah I kinda said it wrong. I meant like as soon as I hike the ball, on about the QB's 2nd or 3rd step, the blitz is already in front of me. And shotgun is the same way, as soon as the ball is hiked, the blitz somehow always gets to me before my recievers are even a quarter or midway through there routes.

I haven't played online much but I would assume that you would have to use your O-line slide protection to pinch. Then audible your back to stay in and block...Maybe motion a WR or TE (hot route to block) and snap the ball when they reach the A gap. Pick a team with a mobile QB (once the middle is blocked you will have to roll out a bit to buy time), run slants, drags any quick route over the middle. You will most likely be limited to using the shotgun exclusively but if you are able to get 2 seconds to throw quick over the middle, chances are you will complete a lot of passes and they will eventually quit. Someone else might wanna chime in for other ideas because I really haven't seen it because I normally stay away from online play unless its against friends.
