Franchise injury frequency?

Every time I simulate through pre-season I end up with 5 key players out for 10 weeks or more. Adrian Peterson broke his vertebrae for the Vikings and retired after the first year. The injury frequency is insane in this game.

I know you can adjust a slider for in-game injury frequency but what about simulation? Is there no fix besides turning off sim injuries altogether?

This is rediculous. I lost 7 players in 4 games due to serious injuries and 2 of them out for the season. I restarted my season over with players injury rating over 90 and still had numerous serious injuries and players out for the season. I guess the answer is to turn off injuries, but why should I have to do that?

Injuries happen IRL as well. Way more often than in Madden actually. Stop complaining.

They don't happen with nearly as much frequency and severity as in Madden franchise. Stop being a fanboy and a moron.

the frequency of injuries is fine though I will agree that the severity of injuries may be a bit much.

Interestingly enough those aren't even all of the injuries. I know the Browns have also been missing Carlton Mitchell, Mohamed Massaquoi, Chris Gocong, Usama Young, TJ Ward, and Brandon Jackson who are all not listed there. Also punter Reggie Hodges was lost for the year as well.

The Giants have lost a handful of guys for the season and even more for extended periods. Injuries are fine in madden. If you don't like it, tune the sliders.
