Whats the best way to set up 2-back rotation?

I've tried the in-game slider thing to share the carries 50-50, but its doesn't work. Do you just have to set the sub-formations?

yeah teams in real life don't do 2 back systems based on fatigue, I have never understood why people have tried to do 2 back systems with the auto subs...they either give each back different packages, or they put in the 2nd back in every couple series.

So...
use formation/package subs if you want to do it this way
OR
go to the depth chart and put the backup in every few series whenever you want to give him a go.

Yeah I use the Panthers, and working the 2 back rotation is not necessary because of fatigue, but I work in both backs by just shifting to HB Sub or Spell HB on a few formations.

Using the Chiefs, I've just gotten better about swapping Charles and Jones in and out. Throw in Le'Ron McClain and I'm set this season. I think it's just a matter of knowing the strengths of your runners and knowing when to use them.

I just use the package select and select the HB sub package... pretty easy
