NFL property Rights disclaimer

At the end of every game is a disclaimer, the standard Rights disclaimer that says that "Any rebroadcast of this production is the property of the NFL, and can not be reproduced, copied etc without the express written consent of the NFL" or something to that affect..Now I am not a Lawyer, but it seems to me that this passage was deliberately placed for something more than just a cool feature.
It would seem to me that this affects Youtube postings etc. That posting even images might get you into legal trouble. Like I said, I am not a Lawyer, but Lawyers pay attention to such matters.

It only means you can't use their image for PROFIT. Which is why all summer long EA has gone after websites charging for providing game tips and game cheat tactics.

You can post as many youtube videos as you want. Just can't charge people to see them.
