When I started the franschise I think I turned the draf off but now I want to do it so I was wondering if anyone knew how to turn it back on

At the Franchise Menu screen, the one that looks like this...

The News
The Team
The NFL
The Coach
The Details
The Settings

Scroll down to "settings" and open "Franchise Options", should be in there.
