There is one of these for The Show and it comes in pretty handy. Thought maybe one for Madden would be beneficial since there seem to be some issues this year. Haven't really jumped deep enough in to get into many issues but I thought I'd create the thread for those that have.

Not really a workaround but it seems that if you are using a "rain team", the rain home games will stop during year 3 of franchise mode.

Used the Dolphins to test it out and my first home game of the regular season (against the Titans) was sunny.
