Madden 2012 Create Mode question...

I've done searches after searches after searches here, google, other forums, asked questions at stores, played through the game at stores without seeing this option. Does Madden 2012 have a creation mode? Create a team and create a player outside of franchise mode which I can import my team and players into franchise mode?

Yes, the create options are pretty much the same as last year. Slightly different interface to select those options though. Stadium creation is pretty sweet, though.
