Redeem online code not working!

Hey guys, I just received my Madden NFL 12 game today, and I'm loving it so far, I really think it is much better than last years'. However I'm having trouble to register it online. When I try to put the online code that's in the game, it gives an error and says it is invalid. I'm from Portugal, and googled it, and found that some european guys are having the same problem. Do you guys know what's happening, or have you experienced the same thing?

Hi iam from the uk and my code worked fine.try goin to the psn store and putting the code in there .when I did my I had to restart my ps3 b4 it would work once u have downloaded it I hope it helps

Bought the game from the UK, i'm in Spain.

Tried with an spanish and american PSN account. Gonna open an british one to give it a try.

Make sure to not put dashes between the numbers

Well, unfortunately it didn't work. I sure hope it is a bug they're trying to fix!

I had that problem and im from New Zealand. I contacted EA support and was able to have a "live chat" with a support team member that helped me. I had to take a photo of my unique code and send him the picture and from there, we got it done. took about 5-10 minutes.

There's no bug, your code just doesn't work.
