Shoulder Charge?

Is there a shoulder charge when running the ball? And if so, whats the button for it because im playing with Gore from the 49ers and trying to shoulder charge but instead, all I keep doing is protecting the ball. UGH. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I think up on the right stick is what you are looking for but not sure.

Hold the right stick forward. You can also hold it up to the left or right and the runner will lead with either shoulder (the move you see the AI do a lot of the time).

If you hold this position too long, your runner will start to stumble. If you hold it even beyond that he'll actually fall down and down himself. This can happen to the AI as well, btw.

You know I've never held down buttons. I always press repeatedly I wonder if that's why I have a hard time breaking tackles.
