Gameflow - Easier or harder game?

I've been playing Madden 12 using gameflow for two reasons:
- Makes the game go by faster while still getting a realistic # of plays in
- In theory make the game harder since it keeps me from picking 'money plays' all the time.

My question is what is your opinion? Does gameflow make the game harder for you? In theory it should but I'm thinking what if the CPU picks the best plays on offence for you to run since it knows what play the CPU is running.

The reason I ask is because I'm debating whether to switch my difficulty from All-pro to All-madden. I've started 2 seperate franchises, one with the Raiders and one with the Vikings and have so far gone 5-2 collectively with two of these weaker teams in the league. Although the games were pretty close, I feel that they weren't as challenging as they should be (ei. the Jets and Pats games mentioned below). Brady and Rivers were mediocre in their games and Stafford had 96 total yards passing. I'm also afraid that if I switch to All-Madden it will become a cheat-fest for the CPU.

Raiders:
L Denver 30-35

Vikings:
L Chargers 3-16
W Buccs 22-6
W Lions 16-9

Being forced to open up your playbook rather than use a small number of plays that you know are successful doesn't add any challenge for you?

You could just gameflow all money plays... but overall I like gameflow because once you set it up with a playbook it's nice.

I seriously thought I would despise Gameflow, but after playing multiple games with it I'm a fan. This is new to me since I didn't buy Madden '11.

I like it because it does force you to call plays you wouldn't normally call, especially on defense. However, if the play isn't one you like, or doesn't make sense, you can simply go to the full playbook and call your own play.

Very true, although the "all money plays" thing kind of defeats the purpose...

I've noticed something too while I was playing as the Broncos in preparation for my OF - the AI seems to be noticing who's in at QB and calling more appropriate plays on the whole. I'll see a lot more of their Heavy Shotgun formation with Tebow in the game than I would with Orton, and several more QB Draw fakes where you'll see Tebow start to step forward and then drop back. Never see that when Orton's in.
