It's like they changed it just to change it and went back in time to the Old school meter.

I like it if it moves faster on higher difficulty levels, you're going to see a lot more missed kicks

The kicking meter looks fine for this years game. There should be a more realistic outcome of field goals compared to last years.

I've seen some videos where it went drastically faster than others, so it could end up being a halfway decent way to reflect kicker accuracy. I was really taken aback by how fast I saw it move. Hopefully it will present a decent challenge for some of the less-than-stellar kickers.

I agree. I think it will be MUCH better than last year's way of kicking field goals. I might actually miss a couple this year...

Hot Shots Golf fans will have a field day with this new kicking system.

I'm neither here nor there on the new meter style, but if you're playing head-to-head against someone, you can be time a blitz much easier playing defense because of the pre-snap read you get.

I guess it's all just kind of strange because this is a diversion away from the right-stick control that EA has grown acclimated to.
