For some reason i am only getting commentary at the coin flip and when calls are challenged... Anyone else run into this?

Same for me.

Funny thing is though when I put in my surround sound system the commentary works fine, it's only when I want to play it through the TV the commentary just disappears.

I had the same problem...untill I switched off my coordinator speech sound in the options and then I heard the commentary.

Unfortunately it's either hearing your coordinator speech, or the commentary.
