Online Franchise Commissioner Options Missing??

I did a search and could not find a answer for this.

I know when I ran a online franchise in the last madden I owned Madden 10. There was a way to adjust user scores (outcomes) from games.

I had a user in Madden12 in our online franchise that his game froze in the 4th quarter with him winning 21-10. He then replayed the game and lost 10-3. I am looking for the option to adjust the score to his original score. How can you do this on Madden 12? I know they had commissioner options for this on Madden 10.

Maybe I am getting APF online season confused into thinking it was Madden 10's commissioner options. But I thought for sure you could do this in Madden 10. I was just on the website and I am almost certain there was a option for it. Maybe I am "dreaming" as you say
