i know i hate the music. can't that stand rap and hip hop crap. most maddens have some classic rock and stuff but not much on this one. so i just mute it. before i muted it the song i hated most was that one that went "6 foot 7 foot 8 foot hut" or whatever the hell it said. so annoying

Perhaps I'm in the minority, but I think this is one of the better Madden soundtracks in years. All depends on your taste in music, really, and I certainly think there is a broad range in the Madden customer base.

Although nothing really compares to the Madden soundtracks on the last gen systems (which were usually excellent IMO) this year's soundtrack is actually pretty decent. That being said, "6 foot 7" makes me want to shoot a baby seal and I'm a little upset that they got rid of the Sam Spence NFL Films music.

Madden NFL 10 was the best next gen soundtrack and one of the best madden soundtracks EVER.

The NFL Films songs were my favorites and they were the only ones I had on with Madden NFL 11.

I am Rock guy first and foremost. My favorite band is Rush to give you an idea of my musical taste. I also love FLoyd and Led Zep, Foo Fighters, Black Crowes, Porcupine Tree I could on and on.

I really am digging the soundtrack. Some very catchy hip-hop tunes which I can appreciate if it is quality.

I just wish they kept the NFL films music available and it would be a really solid effort.
