In franchise playclock run diwn is 20 sec, and it can't be change, no matter what you have in My Madden. I play 12 min quarters, and get about 115-135 plays per game, it depends on which team i play. For example, when i play against the colts, Manning is always ajusting thins and making audibles, and he takes for ages to get the play going!

Edit nvm, playmakers sliders say 11 min as well

12 minute quarters gets around 115-125 plays per game in CPU/CPU mode so that's what I'm using until proven wrong.
