do the announcers actually say players names on created teams or has EA still not fixed this??

Nope.

Which is silly if you relocate/select one of the cities in the relocation list.

There's probably about 30 places you can choose from so how long can it take the announcers to sit in a room and they them all a couple of times.

Laziness!!
