In franchise mode you cant. its programmed. Unlike in NCAA 12 where you just back out and start again.

That's gotta be the dumbest thing ever to pre-program the weather in every single franchise game! That's taking away the randomness of weather. Why don't they just give us the same option we have in exibition or play now games???? Allow us to decide the weather we want, or have live weather feed at least! That's just ******** to do that

It's a glitch.

Even EA know that it doesn't rain at EVERY Browns or Redskins game.

It'll get fixed with the patch probably.
