Help with Players playing like real life

So I always create some past players, insert them as free agents, then do a new franchise and dump everyone into the free agent pool -- Love to have the chance to draft a Lawrence Taylor, or Barry Sanders as a rookie..

BUT

How can you get them to actually behave like their real life counterpart.. For example if I create a Mike Vick rookie I can not for the life of me get him to tuck the ball and scramble. No matter how much the attributes I tweak..

Any ideas?

Your only option to make those work is by editing player traits.

Yep - Did edit the traits off the charts -- but cant seem to make Vick run...
