Formation Personnel

Is there a way to set up personnel by formation? For instance, if I want one LB or DL in the 3-4 or 4-3, but want a different player on the field in the Nickle or Dime. Or have HB1 out there in a Singleback Formation but HB2 out there in the I-Formation.

I know you can hit Subs from the play-call screen, but was hoping to set this up by default so I wouldn't have to waste precious seconds setting this up at the beginning of every game and taking delay-of-game penalties up the ***....

In a word, no.

You must do it at the play calling screen. Lame, I know.

The ability to set your formations before the game used to be in Madden. I really hope they bring this back soon.

Are you talking about franchise or online play? In franchise YES you can, but for default online NO you cannot.

Where do you go in Franchise to set this up? I was looking for this also.

You have to do it while you are in a game on the play call screen. After you make the switches it stays like that. It has always done this for me.
