32 team control trading

in my franchise i dont want to draft a first rounder. id prefer to get more picks by trading down. som im trying to think whats fair, if i want to trade then i think that i should take the loss. cant legislate for someone wanting my exact pick so ignore.

for example you have 15th pick:

1/ 19th and 83rd = 1050/1050 equal value according to chart , dont think would happen in offline

2/ 20th and 84th = 1050 vs 1020 i lose 2.86%

3/ 20th, 84th and 180th = 1050 vs 1040.4

4/ 20th, 84th and 212th = 1050 vs 1027.6 i lose 2.13%

5/ 20th, 84th and 6th or 7th next year?

which is fairer and more reasonable to use in offline?

I simply look at real life trades and model those.

For example I traded Matt Ryan and based it off what the Broncos got for Jay Cutler since he was of similar age and talent level when he was traded.

For picks, simply go to NFL.com or wikipedia and look at the drafts. They break down the trades and you can see what teams got when swapping picks.

I have a question for you because i see that you play with 32 teams control....if you set for the other 31 teams the scouting at CPU....the cpu will really scout for these teams?...or you will have to scout for every team manually?

To the OP I would say options 3 and 5 would be the most realistic.

Yes. You need to be careful (I save before I advance) and check to be sure you set the CPU to scout for the other 31 teams. I do it this way and it's great. Makes doing the pre-season cuts a LOT easier as more ratings are exposed quickly.
